ORDERS AND SHIPPING
ORDERS
Taxes are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders must be received before 2:00 pm EST to guarantee that your order is processed on the same day. For orders received after 2:00 pm EST, orders will be processed on the next business day.
The customer will be contacted if an item is not in stock. The item(s) out of stock will then be removed from the customer’s order, and the remaining items will be shipped and charged accordingly.
Uneeda determines the most cost-effective method of transportation for all domestic and international orders.
If the shipment is delivered damaged, the receiver must contact customer service at shop@uneeda.com. Refer to our Return Policy. for additional information.
PROCESSING PAYMENTS
Your credit card will not be charged until the order has shipped. You will see a “pre-authorized” or “pending” charge on your bank or credit card statement after your order is placed. The pre-authorization will disappear from your account statement and be replaced by the actual settled charge once the order is shipped.
If you have received your purchase and the correct amount is not reflected on your account within 10 business days, please contact Uneeda at shop@uneeda.com along with your web order number for reference. In the event your order is cancelled, the pre-authorization amount will be voided and should disappear from your statement after a few days.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.
Standard Shipping- Uneeda offers Free Ground Shipping on orders of $75 or more, and a flat shipping charge of $15.00 on orders less than $75 shipped within the Contiguous United States (48 States). Sales tax is calculated at check-out.
Expedited 2-Day Shipping- Uneeda offers 2-day shipping at an additional charge. Orders must be received before 2:00 pm EST to guarantee that your order is processed and shipped on the same day. At this time, expedited shipping is not offered internationally. Sales tax is calculated at check-out.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.
For shipments to Canada, orders will be charged a CANADA FLAT RATE shipping fee of $40.00. This cost does not include import taxes, custom duties, and fees. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or any country outside the United States will incur additional shipping charges. A Customer Service Representative will be in contact with you to provide the most cost-effective shipping option and cost. For these orders, your purchased items and shipping cost will be charged at the time your order ships.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES.
Uneeda currently ships worldwide. It is the recipient's responsibility to know the laws of your country in terms of what can and cannot be shipped to you. Uneeda is not responsible for any tariffs or custom regulations. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Uneeda has no control over these charges.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delivery delays beyond our control.
Uneeda cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly from them.
