RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Within 14 days of your order shipping, you can return your product for a full refund.
Due to the personal nature of our face coverings and filters, returns will not be accepted.
Returned item(s) must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
To initiate a return please contact customer service via email at email@example.com or via phone at 800-431-2494.
A Return Good Authorization number will be issued to accompany the return.
Returns will not be accepted without an authorized RGA number. Be sure to write your RGA number on the outside of the shipping box and include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
Upon receipt, return will be inspected for damage or use.
Returns will be processed within 3 days of receipt and the refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
Refund will not include outbound freight charges (if applicable).
The customer will be responsible for the return freight. If the product is lost or damaged during transit, customer will be responsible for the loss.
