If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Within 14 days of your order shipping, you can return your product for a full refund.
Due to the personal nature of our face coverings and filters, returns will not be accepted.
Returned item(s) must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
To initiate a return please contact customer service via email at email@example.com.
A Return Good Authorization number will be issued to accompany the return.
Returns will not be accepted without an authorized RGA number. Be sure to write your RGA number on the outside of the shipping box and include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
Upon receipt, return will be inspected for damage or use.
Tools that include pneumatic sanders, electric sanders & vacuum units are subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty as included with the tool. Upon receipt, if tool is determined to be covered by the warranty (as per the terms and conditions of the warranty), the tool will be repaired and returned via prepaid freight, best way. If it is determined that the tool is not covered by the warranty (as per the terms and conditions of the warranty), the user will be contacted and have the option of having the tool repaired at the user's expense. If the user decides to have the tool repaired or to have the unrepaired tool sent back to them, the cost of the return freight will be the user's responsibility. We unfortunately cannot send a replacement tool without inspecting the unit first.
Returns will be processed within 3 days of receipt and the refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
Refund will not include outbound freight charges (if applicable).
The customer will be responsible for the return freight. If the product is lost or damaged during transit, customer will be responsible for the loss.
